Outlook includes two useful tools, quick steps and rules, which allow you to act on messages quickly. Quick steps cut down the number of clicks it takes to move a message to a folder, or to forward or reply to a message. Rules are a bit different; they can sort through your messages automatically. This workshop teaches you how to set up both tools and manage them so you can work more efficiently.
