Bryan Piatt graduated from St. Cloud State in 2008 with a mass communications major and a travel and tourism minor. While at SCSU, Bryan was very involved with UTVS. He was also the ice side reporter and color commentator for Husky Productions.

While in Austin, Bryan was nominated for a Midwest Regional Emmy for his interview with gay rights activist Judy Shepard.

Bryan was hired as the morning reporter at KARE 11 in Minneapolis-St. Paul in November of 2011. You can watch him every weekday morning on KARE 11 Sunrise.
