| Description: | Conferences & Workshops. With Microsoft Outlook, you can keep track of your committees next meeting on your calendar, lay out the tasks you need to finish, and use e-mail to communicate with people outside of your committee. Wouldn't it be nice if the rest of your committee had access to all of that information? Fortunately, they do!! Outlook lets you share your appointment schedule, send out polls, and even add content to other peoples folders. A few of these options require Microsoft Exchange Server, but more and more of them are becoming available just using an Internet connection. If part of your job is getting large groups of people to agree on anything, read this workshop carefully. | |||||
