Description: Recreation. This challenging 50 minute class is specifically designed to target your entire body. By combining a variety of different exercises and equipment, this class will shape your bod and tone your abs, butt, hips and thighs. Great for those with busy schedules who need to maximize workout time. Each instructor brings a personal touch to each class. Modifications and progressions given.
