| Description: | Speakers. John Motschenbacher is a very successful operations and IT management professional who has held many roles in his long business career. He started at Buca, Inc as a controller and after only 7 years he rose through the ranks of the company to be the Chief Information Officer. Then his desire to impress his co-workers which included the CEO had him falsify documents and use corporate funds for personal gain. Once convicted, John had to pay over a hundred thousand dollars and wear an electronic tracking devise for punishment. He is now a successful manager at a different company and will share with us his experience as well as what he learned from that situation. He is joined by highly regarded prosecutor Hank Shea who will help tell the story and answer any questions. |
