Health officials expand H1N1 vaccination to all CDC priority groups
State Health officials are now recommending that health care providers begin offering the H1N1 influenza vaccine to the full list of priority groups identified by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Not everyone will be able to get vaccine immediately. The supply is still limited so people will need to be patient and check with their health care provider about availability of vaccine in the area. Student Health Services continues to advocate for additional doses for our campus. Updates will be posted on this web site and/or sent to the campus by email. Health officials say it’s likely to be January before there will be enough vaccine for everyone who wants it.

People with possible flu symptoms can call the Minnesota FluLine at 1-866-259-4655 for information and treatment options. Professionals will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no charge for the call.
