The Behavior Analysis Program offers the following programs on campus and through a distance based format:
1. M.S. in Behavior Analysis - See student handbook
2. BCAB Coursework-graduate coursework
3. BCaBA Coursework- graduate and undergraduate coursework
BACB Certification Coursework
The Behavior Analysis Program is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International and provides coursework that meets the requirements for the Behavior Analyst Board Certification.
The courses should be taken in sequence and are available each semester. Students can take up to two courses per semester; however it is important that you be cognizant of your commitments and have the necessary time to complete course requirements.
BCAB Courses - Master's Level
Students who apply to take the BCAB exam must complete five courses.
1. CPSY 630 Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (3 credits)
2. CPSY 641 Single Case Design (3 credits)
3. CPSY 634 Behavioral Assessment (3 credits)
4. CPSY 530Seminar: Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis II
5. Choose one of the following three:
CPSY 633 Behavior Therapy I (3 credits)
CPSY 530 Seminar: Autism (3 credits)
CPSY 530 Seminar: Functional Analysis (3 credits)
BCaBA - Bachelor's Level Examination
To sit for the BCaBA examination you must have completed a bachelor's degree. For students who have a Bachelor's Degree you may take either the undergraduate or graduate sequence to meet the BCaBA examination requirements. Students who have not yet completed a Bachelor's Degree must take the undergraduate course sequence. All courses are available on-line.

Application
Students who are only interested in completing the BCAB course sequence must complete and return the application form. Students who are interested in the M.S. in Behavior Analysis must make application to the SCSU School of Graduate Studies.
- BCBA Online Application (Must have Masters degree)
- BCABA Online Application (Must have Bachelors degree)
Registration and Tuition:
Distance based students must contact the Center for Continuing Studies for registration information and current tuition rates. It is necessary to obtain a current SCSU ID and HuskyNet ID to access course materials and readings. Students are also responsible to arrange for a test proctor and information is available on this web site.
