What is the difference between CPSY 326 Fieldwork and CPSY 444 Internship?
CPSY 326 Fieldwork is a three-credit course during which the students are required to do 100 hours of volunteer work (avg. 7 hours a week) in an approved setting. CPSY 326 can be taken anytime after completing CPSY 323 and CPSY 324. CPSY 444 Internship is a variable credit (6-12) course and students are required to complete between 15 and 30 hours per week working under an on-site supervisor. How do I sign up for Chemical Dependency Internship (CPSY 445/446)?
The Chemical Dependency internship packet is available in the department office. The packet is different from CPSY 444. You must obtain the packet one semester before your CD internship.
