Tina M. Livingston, Ph.D.Assistant Professor Tina M. Livingston has been at St. Cloud State University since 2006, and is the Clinical Coordinator of the Community Counseling Program. She has a doctoral degree in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida, double masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and School Counseling from Texas State University, and a double major in Criminology & Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Tina currently holds an LPC license in Texas. Tina’s areas of interest include counselor education, counselor supervision, group counseling, chemical dependency, domestic violence, creativity/expressive arts in counseling, and couples and family counseling. Tina’s research interest is in group counseling competencies, and couples and family therapy involvement in chemical dependency counseling, and residential chemical dependency treatment. Tina is active in the Minnesota Counseling Association (MnCA), serving as a student membership coordinator; The American Counseling Association (ACA), serving on the marketing committee for the Association for Specialists in Group Work (A.S.G.W.); and member of the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) division of ACA and the International Association for Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC) division of ACA.
