- University of Edinburgh LGBT Society BLOGS - Edinburgh is about an hour and a half to two hours away from Alnwick Castle

- MESMAC Northeast- Free and confidential resources for gay men in the North East of England.
- Queer Youth Network – Nationwide LGBT youth organization giving information about LGBT issues, national and local listings, campaigning.
- Stonewall: LGBT Charity – Webpages for Stonewall, LGBT community and campaigning organization. Wide ranging information on LGBT evens, politics, legal advice, campaigns etc.
- Gay Youth UK – UK gay youth online community.
