Center for Economic Education
The Center for Economic Education at St. Cloud State University is an affiliate of the Minnesota Council on Economic Education and the National Council on Economic Education. The Center offers workshops, short courses, and traditional courses for in-service and pre-service K-12 economic educators. The Center also organizes the annual Winter Institute and sponsors the Minnesota Heartland Economics Challenge, an economics quiz bowl for high school students from Central Minnesota schools. The Center publishes the St. Cloud Area Quarterly Business Report in collaboration with the Social Science Research Institute and the Department of Economics.
