- Alumni survey (Kay) – sent out to alumni graduated in year 2004-2005
- IAC meeting (Sura) – plan to have a meeting around mid to end of April
- SAC meeting (Kay and Mark) – a meeting is on Wednesday March 28th

- Pre-req exam and Course Improvement report (Kay): collecting them
- Textbook collection (Mark)
- Rubrics:
- Class rubrics using final exam or final project scores to assess outcome: approved by the department and will be used the semester. Concerns: might only access outcome a? => Need to discuss with faculty to make sure that all course outcomes (mapped to several Program outcomes) are assessed.
- Senior design
- Project assessment rubric (outcomes a), b), c), d), e) and g))-present to the department and will be discussed in the next department meeting
- Report assessment rubric ( outcome f))
- Presentation assessment rubric (outcome f))
