Our Sixth Annual Northern Plains Winter Storm Conference is now part of the past. The conference was a success, again! A slight increase in attendees brought a few more people presenting. The keynote speaker was great as were the conference presenters. Thank you to everyone that attended or assisted with our conference. The 2011 presentations are listed below.
