Collection Policy
The CTC has a rigorous collection development policy. Materials are selected for inclusion in the collection based on a number of best practice criteria. The following document enumerates these policies as well as provides information for patrons regarding how to file a claim to reconsider a book.

Circulation Policy
A total of six items can be checked out for up to 3 days. Patrons are allowed to renew a book up to three times. If a patron desires to renew a fourth time (provide there are now requests for this book) they will need to present the book to a CTC staff member in person.
