CSOLD has added a new online system for student organizations that will replace the current student organizations descriptions at http://www.stcloudstate.edu/csold/studentorganizations/. Every student organization is required to build their new webspace and register their organization online by October 19, 2007. The process for beginning to use your new webspace is as follows:
1. Organization President or Advisor- Beginning September 7, pick up your organization's login and password information at the CSOLD Resource Desk, Atwood Center 139. Use the instruction sheet provided to enter in the basic information about your organization.
2. Register your organization online- Beginning September 14, log in to your organization's space and follow the steps under 'Registration' to register your group for the current year. The deadline to register your group is 4 p.m. on October 19, 2007.
3. Learn more about the additional features of the new system. You can browse on your own, or come to a training session to learn more about email, calendar, alumni, and other functions. Sessions are scheduled for:
10/2 @ 1 p.m.- Atwood Oak Room
10/3@ 2 p.m.- Atwood Oak Room
10/4@ 3 p.m.- Atwood Mississippi Room
