- Not Utilizing Connections
- Stuck in "Tradition"
- Lack of Purpose Greek Community
- Lacks Faith in Us
- Not Positively Promoting Ourselves
- Not Providing Resources to Help Educate Our Community
- Beating Each Other Up ("warring tribes")
- Lack of Community
- Small Size - Negative Population growth

helping them focus on organizational
goals.

SWOT Analysis is an important planning
tool that helps an institution identify, in
a systematic and organized way, its
internal strengths and helps it match
those strengths with the best
opportunities in the environment.
