Subject: IFC Academy - INDIANAPOLIS

Thank you for your registrations for the upcoming IFC Academy in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 27, 2007. 

There are three attachments for your review. 

  • The first attachment is confirmation forms of the IFC Academy Participations from your school. 
  • This information should be looked over to make sure that all information is correct. 
  • The next attachment is a confirmation letter explaining what to expect, what you should bring, and the dress for this program.  
  • The final attachment is a schedule of events for this program.

Dear IFC Academy Participant:


Thank you for your registration for the upcoming IFC Academy.  Congratulations on taking the first step towards improving the overall functioning and purpose of your campus IFC.

We are looking forward to meeting you and working with you over the course of the day and a half program in order to help you be successful.

What to bring: Each Participant

  • Copy of your IFC Constitution
  • Copy of  your recruitment and expansion guidelines if available
  • Fraternity Academic standings and information
  • Pen and Paper
  • Open mind and a readiness for solid discussion

Please review your information as it appears on this confirmation.  Changes can be phone in to 317/872-1112, faxed to 317/872-1134 or e-mailed to nic@nicindy.org.

Dress for the weekend is professional, but comfortable (Khaki’s, collared shirts, etc.  Please, no jeans, shorts, hats, party t’s, etc.). 

Participants will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.  Estimated cab charges are $20.  Other share ride programs can be arranged in advance.  Parking at the hotel is $15 for self-park; $22 for valet.

Depart SCSU: 6:15am Atwood Center (Directions) of the street door.

Arrive in Indianapolis: 4:40pm
