The Registered Student Organizations Leadership Development Institute is designed to help student organization officers/members to develop skills and strategies. The institute is open to all students! Officers of SCSU Student Organizations are higly encouraged to engage and participate in their personal leadership skills development that is offered through this annual institute.
The Institute offers a range of tracks designed for students to develop their five dimensions of leadership competency. This means that once you participate and complete one insitute, you can return! Each of the five dimensions will offer different competency sessions each year, so once you participate, you can continue your personal journey to develop your leadership competencies. |
