SCSU requires all student organizations (including fraternities and sororities) to have a faculty advisor. For many, this is interpreted as someone to sign the annual recognition form. The essential role of a faculty advisor for the SCSU Fraternity & Sorority Community is a key component to our success in upholding our espoused values as organizations.
SCSU Fraternity & Sorority Academic & Scholarship Committee SCSU's Fraternities & Sororities have recognized the need for organization and leadership in conducting a scholarship program and have established a "Academic & Scholarship committee," charged with the responsibility for overseeing the academic welfare of the Greek Community and its members.
