Budget Basics

Here are some resources for Student Organizations to use for organizational and budgeting success!

Student Organization Changes- All organization changes should now be made at your student organization web space. Organization presidents can access the web space to change information here with a password: Click Here. If your organization does not have a password, please visit the CSOLD resource desk (Atwood 139)to obtain it.

SCSU Senate Finance Policies (PDF)- These are the formal rules and regulations that monitor the use of Senate Finance Funds

SCSU Student Senate Treasurer's Manual (PDF)- This is a how-to guide for organizations and their advisors

Basic Budget Planning Template (Excel Format)- Use this to help plan your basic yearly budget!

1400 Form (PDF) - This is the form to use for paying bills and requesting purchase orders

Contract Request Form - This form collects the necessary information for CSOLD to process a contract for you

Bernick's Beverage Request Form - This form can be submitted once per semester to the CSOLD Office for your group's use However, the funds for beverage donation through Bernicks Pepsi have been used up for Spring Semester 2008, and no other beverage requests may be made. Beverage requests will again be available for Fall Semester 2008.
