Internship Requirements

  • Complete pre & post competency assessments for the program
  • Create an “experience” portfolio
  • a year-long sequencing of writing
  • Particpate in writing workshops
  • Role Model “leadership” in the program
  • Participate in the personnel and programmatic evaluation process at the completion of each semester

  • CSOLD & VC Program assistants

All Interns will be trained on how each program was developed and is implemented; however, each Intern will be assigned specific programs/projects to work on with a graduate assistant as their direct supervisor. The specifics of which programs the Interns will work on (job description), how they will specifically work toward accomplishing the general learning outcomes and additional learning outcomes and academic requirements will be determined with the input of the Intern and the Intern’s academic department once the Internship has been approved for academic credit.
