PSEL 690: Leadership Capstone
This seminar-style course will provide graduate students the opportunity to gather and re-visit material from, and analyze the learning involved in the previous courses taken. In addition to continuing the study of leadership and its development in course content and activities, will enable the students to review their own leadership skill development as well as knowledge base throughout the program and plan for the future. In this class, understanding the process of learning and understanding ourselves in the context of leadership is as important, if not more so, than the content of the material. This course will focus on organizational research initiatives and personal leadership development.
