2013 Registration Information is below:
Early Bird Rate: $600 for those who register by 4 pm on August 23, 2013.
Regular Rate: $700 for those who register after 4 pm on August 23 and by 4 pm September 20, 2013.
Non-Profit, Academic and Government Professionals Rate: $400 by 4 pm on September 20, 2013. (To register please use the PDF registration form found below.)
Student Rate: $200 by 4 pm on September 20, 2013.
