Tina Shaffer

Ms. Shaffer is a graduate of Salisbury State University with Bachelors in Science Degree, concentrating in Microbiology.  Previously worked for Perdue Farms at the Corporate Laboratory in the Microbiology Research Department.  Experience includes all aspects of poultry sampling collection within the plant, hatchery and farm level; isolation and serotyping of Salmonella from environmental, fecal and product sample types.
