Welcome to the Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at St Cloud State University website! The Institute for ADR provides services and training in ADR to groups or individuals in the community involved in a conflict situation. Conflict, while a normal part of our lives, can be disruptive and stressful to address when it occurs in our workplace, school, church, community, neighborhood or home. Conflict, in itself, is not a bad thing nor does it reflect failure or deficiency. Conflict comes from basic human interaction.
The Institute's goal is to increase the accessibility of ADR to all areas such as non-profit agencies, city and county government, corporations, law enforcement, volunteer organizations, senior centers, etc. The Institute for ADR provides free or discounted services for those who are income eligible. No conflict is too small or large for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
FREE SERVICES: The Institute for ADR has received funding to provide free ADR services for income-eligible clients and non-profit organizations with a financial need. To find out more about our free services, please call (320) 308-4962.
