Online Permission to Register Form

The course you have selected requires permission to register. Complete the form below and click ‘Submit’ at the bottom. Within 48 business hours, you will receive an email notification with further information regarding your Request to Register.

After you completed your registration you must open up a HuskyNet email account, create one here: http://www.huskynet.stcloudstate.edu
