Proctored Exams

 

 

 

At the time of your exam at SCSU:

If you schedule an exam with Continuing Studies, you will need to bring a form of photo identification with you so that our staff can visually verify your identity. If you do not bring a photo ID (SCSU or other institution student ID, drivers license), you will not be permitted to take your exam and will be instructed to reschedule your exam for a later date and time. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

 

Student responsibility:

  • SCSU Online students are responsible for the following:
  • Finding a suitable proctor within the first two weeks of the semester
  • Making sure that your proctor completes the online Proctor Request Form
  • Paying any incurred proctor fees (including testing fees)
  • Providing the proctor with a postage paid envelope for mailing paper exams back to our office
  • Reading and following all instructions prior to the beginning of the exam
