Managing and Supervising Your Employees for Improved Customer Service
Audience:
Are you an employer or supervisor who wants to create an environment where staff can provide the best customer service? If so, this workshop is for you!
Overview:
Many companies send their employees through rigorous customer service training programs only to be disappointed by short-term results. Successful implementation of new or enhanced customer service programs is the direct result of consistent supervision from involved managers. This workshop will give employers and supervisors the tools needed to create long-lasting improvements in customer service.

Expectations
This workshop is intended for management staff with supervisory responsibilities for front line or other customer services employees.
Successful implementation of any new or enhanced customer service programs is the direct result of consistent supervision from involved managers.
Workshop participants will:
- Identify and create customer service standards specifically for their department.
- Learn motivating and de-motivating factors that affect employee service initiatives.
- Practice confronting employees exhibiting undesirable service behaviors.
- Create reward systems for employees exhibiting desired service behaviors.
- Learn strategies for hiring employees with a high service orientation.

Meet Your Presenter
Tracy Knofla is a partner and featured presenter for High Impact Training, a nationally recognized training and development company. Over the past 20 years, Tracy has conducted hundreds of presentations, seminars and workshops all across the country.
Tracy received her bachelor's and master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven .
Tracy and her business partner, Mark Geller, opened High Impact Training in 1995 in order to fill a substantial training need within the higher education marketplace. Over time the company has expanded to include audiences within the business and non-profit sectors as well.
As a business owner Tracy understands the challenges that organizations face today. She knows that under-prepared or unproductive employees can affect all aspects of a business – particularly the bottom line.
