E-Mail Efficiency!
Join us for this convenient half day workshop. Increase your productivity by learning how to design an e-mail system that focuses on your business and personal needs. Live-demonstrations will help you understand and develop strategies to decrease your e-mail volume and use advanced options in Outlook. Leave prepared to apply this knowledge to your e-mail the next day.
Everyone will receive take-home documentation. Laptops are welcomed but not necessary.

E-Mail Efficiency is for anyone who wants to be more a more efficient and productive communicator with e-mail. If you want to learn strategies that will help you control e-mail overload while maximizing its benefits, this session is for you!

Workshop Preparation
To get maximum value from the program, please bring with you:
- One screen shot of your major e-mail files
- Screen shots of the files that are most important to you in your work
Procedure for Screen Shots
1. Go to the screen that shows your files and sub-files
2. Hit the ALT + PrtScn (Print Screen) keys
3. Go to a blank word document
4. Hit CTRL + V and your files will be pasted into the document
5. Print screen shots and bring to the program

Fees:
The registration fee is $79 per person and includes refreshments and workshop materials. Lunch is on your own.
A $10 early registration discount will apply for all registrations received by February 20, 2008.
