Leadership Series for Educational Administrators
Minnesota Educational Leadership Academy
The goal of the Minnesota Educational Leadership Academy is to address the coming shortage of school administrators by providing educational opportunities to those in the profession. In the coming year the academy, with assistance from the College of Education and the Center for Continuing Studies at St. Cloud State University, is offering a distinct series of College seminars and workshops that focus on the specific skills needed to effectively lead schools and colleges into the future.

Vision of the Academy
The Minnesota Educational Leadership Academy (MELA) was established to address the increased need for professional development in the rapidly changing area of educational administration. The academy will provide seminars and workshops to:
- Enhance leadership skills Address current issues in educational administration
- Address future trends in educational administration
Leadership Series
Throughout the year these workshops will provide progressive professional development for school administrators or those who want to move into the field of educational administration. These applied graduate courses are specifically designed to give leaders the tools to manage their organizations effectively.

The Center for Continuing Studies at St. Cloud State University invites inquiries about on-site delivery of courses and programs. We can also arrange for these courses to be delivered to school districts via interactive television.
