Course Description

The course is designed to give participants a shot of Positive Mental Attitude and emphasizes that creating a productive working environment is essential to good leadership. This skill building session will teach participants how to “coach” people to high levels of productivity in a respectful working climate. A good coach takes the theory from the conference room and turns it into the reality of productivity, teamwork, quality and service.

The seminar is positive and upbeat, laced with humor and filled with practical ideas that can be applied both on and off the job.

What Participants Will Learn

• How to keep yourself in a “resourceful” state and generate a pleasant and productive working environment.
• A simple three step approach for dealing with challenges in a calm and confident manner
• How to foster teamwork that increases productivity and staff morale.
• How to clearly define expectations that help staff members convert the words of the mission statement to the reality of excellence.
