
Sheila Krejci, M.Ed.HRD is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, an HPI specialist, an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota, University of St. Thomas, the Dakota County Business & Professional Center, as well as, a customized trainer for several MnSCU Colleges. She is also the President of her own training and development consulting company. Over the past 20 years she has cultivated a successful career as a learning and development consultant working with managers, trainers, leaders and consultants in a wide variety of industries, such as, medical device, retail, healthcare, financial, public education and city and state government. “Accidental Trainer”, “Designing ‘Stand Out’ Resumes”, “Social Media” and “Networking is a Lifetime Skill” are a few of the workshops she has developed.
Ms. Krejci designs and delivers training events, learning processes and peer coaching opportunities for individuals and organizations throughout the nation. Ms. Krejci combines practical application, foundational adult learning theory and an engaging teaching style to arm participants with a wealth of knowledge after they complete a workshop that they can apply immediately in their jobs. She has developed and delivered workshops for companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Coca Cola Enterprises, Medica, City of Minneapolis, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., and the League of Minnesota Cities.
