Microsoft Project is a tool to help manage projects in a very efficient way. Learn the various steps involved in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. MS Project can assist in each of these steps and you can learn to develop plans, assign resources, manage costs, track progress, balance workloads and even forecast project completion date and cost.
Scheduling using MS Project will provide participants with hands-on experience with MS Project software. This short course is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and will equip the individuals with an insight to create, update, and control projects.
