Terry Wolfson, Principal of the American International School in Cyprus and former long-term Principal of Hopkins West Junior High, will be teaching this very interesting and useful one credit course on Leading the Literacy movement in your school. This class is designed for school leaders at all levels. Terry will provide numerous strategies that you can implement immediately in your school. Terry is nationally recognized as a leader in the literacy movement. Terry has conducted dozens of workshops for principals throughout the state and nation. She has been honored as has her school in numerous educational journals. She is a dynamic presenter and is respected statewide as one of the best principals in Minnesota. Terry is a member of numerous national principal’s groups and is trained as a presenter of Breaking Ranks in the Middle. Literacy is the key for student success and this course will prepare you to take the lead role in your school. You will leave this course with practical hands- on ideas and strategies that will allow you to work with your staff in this important area. This course is a must for any educational leader.
