Eastern medicine supports the concept of a healthy mind equals a healthy body.  You will learn two techniques to help the head channels open and relax allowing the whole body to follow suit. These are also helpful in relieving headaches, energizing the mind and relieving stress.

 You will learn three main acupressure points on the shoulders to melt them like butter in the sun. When the shoulders points are open the energy can get into the head and down into the body. 

The channels that run through the spine also send energy to the organs in the torso. When the energy in the back is activated, it can help relieve pain in the spine and send more energy to the heart, the lungs, reproductive system and the nervous system.
