Summer programming includes some of the most innovative and experimental aspects of our curriculum in the College of Education. We take a great deal of pride in rolling out experimental courses and new programs during the summer months.
Though the format of summer courses is often fast paced, the timeframes allow for maximum flexibility. In addition, the summer months on the St. Cloud State University campus are very pleasant and relaxing.

A note to undergraduate students. This site is, for the most part, dedicated to graduate coursework. However, I want you to know that significant undergraduate course offerings are available. Please follow the link to the course schedule and the University’s summer session web site.

Schedule
Summer school courses tend to be divided into two sessions, Summer I (June 9 – July 11) and Summer II (July 14 – August 18). Please note, however, that a few courses are offered with slightly different schedules; this might include Intersession (May 9 – June 6) or days from both sessions. Please check the listings online if you have any questions. Courses tend to run on a Monday / Wednesday and Tuesday / Thursday schedule, but again, check online listings for any questions that arise. Registering for summer courses
Prospective students can register for summer courses online through SCSU’s web site http://www.stcloudstate.edu/registrar/. If you experience problems with registration, please call the Registrar’s office (320-308-2111). Please contact departmental representatives for courses requiring special permission or see your advisor.
Housing. Housing and food plans are available on campus for the summer months. For inquiries, please contact the housing office at (320-308-2166) or via email at www.stcloudstate.edu/reslife. *Rates: Double room = $61.00 per week; single rooms = $80.00 per week for standard residence hall rooms.
