MBA 605 experiences Corporate Environment

Thursday, April 15, 2010

Executive MBA students from the Herberger College of Business at St. Cloud State University recently had the opportunity to learn about computer and cell phone investigations in the corporate environment.  Jeff Vierzba and Noah Korba from PricewaterhouseCoopers and Kia Hakimi from Best Buy shared their knowledge with MBA 605 "Uncovering and Investigating Corporate Fraud"  students on April 21st, 2010.  The class is team taught by Drs. Mark Schmidt and Kate Mooney and will be offered again in summer 2010.  Students asked very interesting questions about various aspects of computer forensics and corporate fraud and thanks to Jeff, Noah, and Kia students left with a much better understanding of fraud and forensics investigation in action.
