SFS Applications Due, March 15, 2017

To apply students must meet all of the following:

  • Be a full-time within two years of graduation with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Security, or master’s degree in Information Assurance
  • Be a United States citizen or Permanent resident
  • Meet criteria for Federal employment
  • Be able to obtain a security clearance, if required

What costs do the SFS program scholarships cover?

Typically, the scholarships include:

  • Stipends of $22,500 (undergraduate) or $34,000 (graduate) per year
  • Tuition and Fees for up to 30 credits (undergraduate) or 24 credits (graduate) per year
  • Professional development travel allowance up to $4,000 per year
  • Book allowance up to $2,000 per year, provided by a one-time reimbursement each semester
