Carol is passionate about supporting caregiving adults with resources to meet their unique needs. When an adult's needs are met, they can better serve the children in their care. This infant and early childhood mental health principle informs our work at Lindgren.
Carol is a Minnesota-licensed teacher in Pre-K and Early Childhood Special Education with over 30 years of experience working in early learning settings. These include early childhood family education, early childhood special education, and child care at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Carol has also worked for a large health system, where her work included building parent support for pediatric patients, as well as improving screening and social determinants of health practices. Carol is also a wife and mother, which continues to inform her practice at Lindgren.
