Resources Located in the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Education
The Center owns an abundant collection of age appropriate educational kits and teaching units,
- "Teaching Trunk" The definitive edition Anne Frank the Diary of a Young Girl grades 7-9
- "Teaching Trunk" Gerda Weissmann-Klein "All but my Life" grades 9-12
- "Teaching Trunk" Forty Days of Musah Dagh - The Armenian Genocide of 1915 grades 9 - 12 and University level
- Each "trunk" contains 30 books, maps, resource materials and teaching guides. The trunks are designed to provide a teacher with the resources to teach a complete unit about an individuals experience during the Holocaust, with age appropriate materials.
- Teaching Unit Jehovah's Witnesses Standing Firm Against Nazi Assault
- grades 7-9, 9-12 and University Level
- This unit discuses the fate of the Jehovah's Witnesses as they endured Nazi persecution. They were the only group persecuted by the Nazis that could have escaped their fate by renouncing their faith.
- The unit teachers students how to deal with peer pressure, intolerance and respecting the rights of others.

Resources Available
SCSU was designated as the primary repository of excellence in Holocaust Studies for the Minnesota State University System, to allow us to represent the State University System in building the Holocaust collection with special funds from Minnesota State Legislature.

- SCSU is one of the first universities to obtain on continuing loan duplicates of Yale Fortunoff Survivor Testimonies.

- Professors Lynn Bryce, Scott Bryce and Susan Motin have conducted 30 survivor interviews in the Twin Cities area for Steven Spielberg's Shoah Visual History Foundation
