Whether you are a first year student, master’s level or alumni we have many services and resources to assist you.

Scsucareers.com is our job and internship registration site just for SCSU students and alumni. It is a free service. Register to get connected for job and internship search resources, on-campus interviewing and resume books. Become part of our communication link with employers. Employers wanting to connect with SCSU students/alumni for position opening will use Scsucareers.com.

Our Job/Internship Listings section is another great job search resource. It will connect you to our SCSU job listings sites JobPost, EdPost and InternPost, which have new listings daily, as well as other web sites to view positions openings.

Using both scsucareers.com and the Job/Internship Listings sections will connect you to all the online job posting services we provide.

In addition to our web site resources we offer:

  • Career Seminars & Events – Every semester we offer a wide variety of workshops and recruiting events including:
    • Career exploration and deciding your major
    • Resume, interviewing and job searching seminars
    • Job fairs
    • Employer panels and presentations

  • Career Advising – Career counselors and staff are available to assist you with all aspects of the career process including: deciding a major, planning a career, resume and cover letter writing, job and internship search, placement statistics and job search tips.
  • Career Services Center Resource Area – Located in our office we have a career resource area, computer lab and resources for career planning, resume and cover letter construction, job search preparation, employment and salary information, to name a few!
