Welcome Alumni to the Career Services Center website.  Many of you have probably used our services as students.  As alumni you will still have access to many of the same great resources for career development, internship/job search and preparation.  

• Free access to internship and job listings through scsucareers.com and our JobPost, EdPost and InternPost sites as well as our connections to many employment sites specific to career areas.
• Job Preparation resources – which includes resume, cover letter, interview resources and employment search tips.
• Attendance at many of our seminars and career program
• Attendance at career fairs and job fairs
• Resume and cover letter review by appointment
• Networking opportunities with employers through presentations and on-campus programs
• Access to our office career resource library and computer lab

Graduate Follow-up Survey

As alumni, you have the additional opportunity to assist SCSU students graduating behind you in various ways.  One of the easiest ways is to fill out our Graduate Follow-up Survey when you have found that first job as a graduate.  You will be contacted during your first year out of college to provide information on your employment status.  This is also an opportunity for you to discuss with us your employment search process and ways in which our office can assist you. 

Promote Employment

We also encourage our alumni to promote their place of employment with our current students by posting jobs and internships with us.  Check out our Employer section for how to post positions.
