Just for fitness and fun....all ages welcome and you decide what distance you want to go!
Where: Beaver Island Trailhead Facility - just south of the Husky Hub. Check www.stcloudstate.edu/campusmap for directions.
When: Tuesday evenings - May 12- June 23 2009
Time: 5:30pm sharp
Fee: $2.00 a person. All proceeds go to the Fitness Fundraising Team. Past proceeds went towards student professional development.
SCSU on the move Fitness 5k Walk/Run
Event Details
Join Campus Recreation for the third annual SCSU on the Move 5K walk or run to be held on Thursday, April 30. All fitness levels are invited to participate.
Where: Atwood Mall
* Rain site will be in Atwood Theatre
Time: Registration and Check-in begins at 5:00PM. The 5K will begin at 6:00PM sharp.
Race Course: Course begins at the Atwood Mall and heads onto the Beaver Island Trail. Water Stations at the turn around.
REgistration Information
Pre-registration will be taken at Campus Recreation. Those who do not pre-register will be required to pay the late fee of $20.

Awards
All pre-registered participants will receive a goody bag, refreshments, and a chance for cool door prizes. We will have awards for the following:
1. The department or residential hall floor with the highest number of participants.
2. The top male and female finishers.
3. The top three in each age group (15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+)

To order custom earbuds: Register at St. Cloud Ear, Nose & Throat as a walk-in to have earmold impressions taken. Payment is due at the time the impressions are taken. Cost: $120-$130, depending on style selected. There are a variety of colors to choose from. You will be called when they arrive, approximately 2 weeks after order is placed.
