Outdoor Endeavors is pleased to be a sponsor for the 2008 Kettle River Paddlefest. The regional kayaking event held in Sandstone, Minnesota, on the Kettle River from May 2-4, 2008. This event draws kayakers and whitewater canoeists from across the region for 3 days of events including a whitewater rodeo and downriver race. This is a great event for all paddlers with door prizes, fireworks and more! Camping is free in Robinson Park adjacent to the river. If you are interested in going, Outdoor Endeavors will help arrange car pools to the event. Click on the poster for more information.
National River Clean-Up Week
National River Cleanup Week traditionally occurs during the second or third week of May each year. It was originally conceived in 1991 by America Outdoors® in response to a recognition that America's streams and rivers were in need of cleaning due to the careless disposal of trash and other debris. Join the SCSU & St. Cloud Community in helping our great river. This event is free! Lunch, gloves, garbage bags & canoes will be provided by Outdoor Endeavors. This event is picking up where our Fall Clean Up left off! Call for more info!
