2008 Sandstone Ice Festival
This year marks the 4th year of the Sandstone Ice Festival, celebrating ice climbing, winter camping and the cold weather that scares so many people. This year, Outdoor Endeavors will again be part of this event. The event dates are December 11-13, 2008 in Sandstone, Minnesota. Camping is free! Events include instructional ice climbing and winter camping clinics for all ability levels. Look for more to come on this celebration of ice, snow and camaraderie.
National River Clean-Up Week
National River Cleanup Week traditionally occurs during the second or third week of May each year. It was originally conceived in 1991 by America Outdoors® in response to a recognition that America's streams and rivers were in need of cleaning due to the careless disposal of trash and other debris. Join the SCSU & St. Cloud Community in helping our great river. This event is free! Lunch, gloves, garbage bags & canoes will be provided by Outdoor Endeavors. This event is picking up where our Fall Clean Up left off! Call for more info!
Fall Mississippi River Clean Up - Our next river clean up will be on Saturday, October 4th, 2008. We hope to see you there!
