Stressed? Fatigued? Do you suffer from aches and pains? If you want to relax or decrease muscle tension, come see Amanda in the Massage Studio. Amanda earned her degree from the Minnesota School of Business in Waite Park, and is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Her focuses are: Swedish, Deep Tissue with Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, and Pregnancy Massage.
Amanda’s mission is to help people using therapeutic massage to ease stress and tension, and to provide a safe and caring environment for clients. If you want to experience the many benefits of massage, make an appointment with Amanda.

His modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pre-Natal, and Hot Stone Massage.
Andy’s goal is to educate the public about the benefits of massage therapy and to promote a healthy lifestyle. If so, come see Karen to experience the benefits of integrated Asian Bodywork for your physical and emotional wellness. Karen graduated from the Tao Institute, Inc. in St. Cloud with certificates in Acupressure Massage, and Reiki. Karen has also studied the mind/body connection, with her master’s thesis on the topic of Using Acupressure for Mental Health.
Her focuses are: Reiki, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Tui Na and the Mind/Body relationship.
Karen seeks to empower clients in their path to physical and emotional well-being by offering integrated Asian bodywork, as well as Self-Help suggestions for clients to use in-between sessions.
