"be your own Wellness coach"- Live Well for Life
Create Change, Find Balance, and Achieve Wellness Our journey to wellness will include eating well, sleeping well, exercising well, breathing well, and laughing well! Participants of both Sections will schedule 2-3 one on one sessions with Wellness Coach to discuss goals and progress throughout the program. These sessions will be 20-30 minutes in length and will focus on lifestyle modification tips and techniques.
Session Outline:
- Life Coaching Aspect: Behavioral Change, Goal Setting, Getting Organized
- Fitness Component: Learning how to incorporate proper strength training, flexibility, and cardio into our daily lifestyles
- Nutrition Makeover: Design your fridge - Healthy Food Fest on last session
