Cycling
Cycling is a highly motivating class lead by certified instructors. It is a low impact, non-weight bearing activity that improves fitness. There are five core movements in the indoor cycling program: seated flat, standing flat, seated climb, standing climb and jumps. Each movement mirrors techniques used in road and off road cycling and is based on safer and biomechanical efficiency. Safety is the #1 component of the cycling program.
