I am currently a student at St. Cloud State University where I am pursuing a degree in Biomedical Sciences and Community Health with a minor in Health Communications. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association. I have a large background in Group Fitness, Individualized Sports Training, Weight Loss, Balance and Flexibility work, Nutrition, and Wellness Coaching. I love working with all individuals to develop specialized exercise plans to meet their goals and provide education in various areas of exercise.

I am a fourth year PE (non-teaching) major. My background includes Group Fitness and Personal Training as well as certifications as a Fitness Specialist and Athletic Coaching. I have knowledge in multiple areas of weight lifting, weight loss, strength training, and overall fitness.

I am a Sports and Recreation management major and I am certified through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). My background in health and fitness includes 15 years of wrestling, 7 years of American football, and 4 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Little Falls High School in which we utilize Olympic lifting techniques to build stronger and faster athletes. I love working out with a high intensity and pushing my body to the absolute limit!
