Jordan Tanko - Certified Personal Trainer NASM
I currently hold one of the most accredited personal training certifications on a national level, NASM. I attend St. Cloud State with an intended major of Community Health/Biology, hoping to work as a Wellness Director and a part time personal trainer. I have always valued personal health, being a vital hobby that has significantly changed my life. I feel if people would start to put their body/life as their greatest valued item verses some one's house, car, electronic devices, etc., we would live much better; There will be many cars, computers, housing, and other valuables in one's life, but we are only blessed with one body, so we should start treating it like our other valuables. I love focusing on all aspects of personal training, with some primary aspects being:
-Weight Loss/Weight Gain
-Muscle Hypertrophy/Muscle Toning
-Proper posture to allow for other systems to work more efficiently
-Overall sense of well-being by letting others see what you have accomplished
I look forward to working with you!
